Parking at Marina Bay Sands during HA+D Expo 2011

 

MBS will give a special MICE rate of $6 per entry (Mon to Fri, 7am to 7pm) for HA+D Expo exhibitors and visitors.

(Standard price is $6 for 1st hour and $1 for subsequent half hour, cap at $26 max a day. Hence, the MICE rate offers a huge savings to expo participants.)

 

SPECIAL PARKING RATE FOR MICE – 7AM TO 7PM (MON TO FRI)
All participants can purchase the coupons from info counter located on Level 1 Expo Centre, near Hall A.

(1) The following are those that are able to purchase the subsidized carpark coupons as long as they have a badge to proof:
a. Organisers
b. Exhibitors
c. Conference Delegates
d. Extended to Contractors that bought our technical services. Example, electrical mains, AV, forklifts etc.
e. Registered Visitors of an exhibition

(2) The subsidized carpark coupons are made available only on Mondays – Fridays, from 7:00am to 7:00pm
a. Coupons must be used on the day of issue

(3) Bulk purchase is possible. Example of bulk purchase as follows. However, please note that NO REFUND is allowed in the event of over purchase:
a. Delegates/ Exhibitors on behalf of their colleagues
b. Exhibitors for their own booth VIPs

(4) Delegate/exhibitor badge allows more than 1 purchase per day. However, NO REFUND is allowed if delegates bought more than they need.

(5) As per transportation, if delegates experience any technical faults whilst trying to exit the carpark gantry, they can simply press the intercom button, and they will be granted departure.
a. There will be no refund if delegates/exhibitors choose to insert the cash card and make payment.

 

Special carpark rate of $6 per entry for MICE will be extended from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Exhibitors of HA+D Expo will park for free using our Casino Valet parking service during the show.

• • Free valet service only at the Casino side. Charges apply if exhibitors parked at the Hotel side.
• • Exhibitor or Organiser Badge has to be shown to our valet officer.
